Vikings cornerback Cam Dantzler was carted off the field in Green Bay after suffering a neck injury.  The rookie took a teammate's hip to the head as he was attempting to make a tackle.

The shot dropped Dantzler immediately and he didn’t appear to be moving much before being placed on a backboard and being carted off the field.

The Vikings provided an update after Dantzler was carted off the field.  According to the team he has a neck injury and is also being for a concussion.

You hate to see a guy get carted off with a neck injury.  Hopefully the injury to Dantzler isn't a serious one.

These kinds of injuries are an unfortunate possibility of playing a contact sport.
