Washington Commanders Deny Withholding Ticket Sales From Rest of the NFL

SJ - April 4, 2022

Over the weekend a report came out that Congress was investigating the Washington Commanders to determine if they withheld ticket revenue that is supposed to be shared with other teams.

According to NFL rules each team must share 40% of their net home ticket sales with the rest of the league.  On Monday the Commanders released a statement denying the claims.

Everyone is looking for a reason to get Dan Snyder to sell the Commanders.  You can't blame people for that, but it's hard to believe that Congress would be the one's to accomplish that goal.  They don't seem to get much else done.
