Wife of Australian Football League Player Trent Cotchin is Being Bullied for Breaking the Team Bubble

Brooke Cotchin, wife of Richmond Tigers Captain Trent Cotchin, is being bullied on social media by "fans" after she broke the team's bubble to visit a spa.

The Australian Football League fined the team for breaking the coronavirus protocols.

'It still haunts me and still sets off my anxiety but from your darkest times come your greatest lessons and I am just trying to take each day as it comes,' Mrs Cotchin told the Herald Sun.

'That being said, I am human and humans are all imperfect.'

The mother-of-three said some of the vile comments she had received were 'gut wrenching' and 'broke her heart'.

'I was in a very bad place for a little while and it took some time to dig myself out,' she said.

She said it was hard to imagine some people had to deal with this kind of abuse on  a daily basis.

It sounds like the worst is behind her, which is a good thing.  I don't know what people expect.

She's not going to be able to keep her smokeshow status without a visit to the spa during a pandemic.  Those are just the facts.
