Zach Wilson’s Mom Responds to Winning the Draft

Every draft there's a moment or two that grabs the internet's attention. This year that moment came very early on.

It was when Zach Wilson’s mom got some camera time prior to the Jets drafting the BYU quarterback with the No. 2 overall pick.

Lisa Wilson won the draft and the headlines reflected the internet's response to her grabbing the spotlight. On Saturday she responded to all of the attention calling it "next level mom goals."

Next level mom goals indeed. The New York sports media is going to love seeing Mrs. Wilson at Jets games next season.

It will take some of the focus off of how shitty they still are, even after drafting this year's Mitchell Trubisky.
