Yesterday's big Hockey story was EVANDER KANE HAVING HIS WRIST SLIT BY A SKATE in a gory injury that was potentially fatal.

Evander will be sitting out for 3-4 months to heal. So it was no joke.

Minutes after the incident, Kane's ex-wife, Anna Kane took to instagram with a post that read "Only Smiles Over Here".

Whether it was a poorly timed coincidence, because the next slide was promoting her OnlyFans page, because being an athlete's ex-wife isn't enough.

It is very possible the post was cued up before the incident by her team that manages her OnlyFans, since a lot of the OnlyFans models out there don't actually do any of the work, but provide the images to someone who does.

The couple have apparently feuded on social media before, so things are probably not that amicable, otherwise she would probably still be married to him.

She did make a statement on social media that read:

"Just to clear the air, my life is my own and doesn't revolve around anybody but me, my family and my daughter....but in no way shape or form would I ever wish harm or be happy for someone to be injured EVER. Period. End of story. Stop reaching and please move on, like we all have. It's all love over here."

So it is possible it was just a bad timed post.

That's not stopping fans of the Oilers, or people genuinely rattled by the Evander Kane Injury from going to twitter to say things like "This is sickening" and "Anna Kane is a terrible wife, mother and person".

Either way, good marketing strategy because of you didn't know of Anna Kane before, you do now.
