Aaron Rodgers and Fiancee Shailene Woodley are Vacationing in Hawaii

Aaron Rodgers isn't worrying himself with all of the Packers drama.  He's vacationing in Hawaii with his fiancee Shailene Woodley.  The two were spotted arriving on Monday in a private jet.

In other news Rodgers is now a winter hat in warm weather douche.  He was spotted on the tarmac rocking his winter hat with his welcome to Hawaii lei.

Big time douche vibes.

The star quarterback and Shailene Woodley were spotted touching down in Oahu on Monday ... all while Rodgers' problems with the Packers continue to rage on.

But, it doesn't seem like the couple took any of that emotional baggage with them ... 'cause the two looked happy as hell hoppin' off the private jet and receiving their fresh leis!

Rodgers was all smiles ... dappin' up people on the tarmac and handing out hugs.

This has to be salt in the wounds for Packers fans.  Not only does Rodgers want out of town, he doesn't seem to be bothered by his attempt to force his way out.  He's out in Hawaii living the life.
