Baker Mayfield Responds to Odell Beckham Jr’s Dad’s Video

The drama in Cleveland reached new heights at the trade deadline when Odell Beckham Jr's dad posted an 11 minute video showing Baker Mayfield missing his son with passes.  The apparent attempt to get OBJ traded didn't work.

It might have worked to get OBJ off of the Browns.  He was excused from practice yesterday and could be released.  Mayfield was asked about the video and had this to say:

"Hurt?  No.  Surprised?  Yes.  There’s different things that factor into it.  I’ve had conversations with his dad before, man to man, face to face.  I was pretty surprised by the video and the intention and feelings behind it."

The league is just a better place when the Browns are in complete disarray.  They're not quite there yet, but they're on the slide headed to it.  Get ready the dumpster is primed for a match to be thrown into it.
