Clippers owner Steve Ballmer grabbed headlines, and a little more, during Los Angeles' Game 6 loss to the Suns. He took his wild courtside celebrations to all new heights when he was seen getting a little handsy downstairs with the two guys sitting next to him.

It's obvious from the clip that he has a personal space issue. What is it with people who own the Clippers? Is it a requirement that they be completely insane?

I don't care how much money Ballmer was paying me to hangout with him the moment he started punching around my ball bag the friendship is over. This is too much and in my opinion the NBA should investigate.
