Southern Connecticut State University Owl Sydney Smith is heading into her Senior year, so she clearly realizes that it is time to step the content hustle up and give Livvy a run for her money, which is precisely what she is doing.

I do not know how good this all-around gymnast is at her sport, but I do know that she's realized there are 8 simple rules to creating viral social media content and they are - show off the hot body in skimpy fitness outfits, have fun with trending soundbites, repeat. I guess that's really only one rule that matters, but you get what I am saying, it's not rocket science.

The athlete went viral a few weeks ago for defending her breasts, saying that despite having them, she still has a free ride and can compete in her sport.
