Could the Raiders Trade for Rams Head Coach Sean McVay?

The Las Vegas Raiders will be searching for a new head coach this off-season.  Interim head coach Rich Bisaccia isn't believed to be the long-term answer.

Raiders beat writer Ed Graney has an interesting option for the next head coach.  He suggests a trade for former Jon Gruden assistant and current Rams head coach Sean McVay.

From Las Vegas Review-Journal:

Think about it. The Rams next have a draft pick in like 2054, so why not have Davis really act the part of his gambling father and ship a bunch of high selections to Los Angeles and lure McVay to Las Vegas? Boy Wonder does buffets.

When the Rams were flying high at the beginning of season that would have seemed like a crazy idea.  Now that the wheels have fallen off in Los Angeles, and they don't have any draft picks, the Rams might consider such a trade.  Especially if they don't make a Super Bowl run.

I thought the NFL stopped this after the Gruden trade.
