Johnny Manziel Spotted Throwing a Football Around at the Beach With an Instagram Model

Johnny Manziel is hard at work training for another season of Fan Controlled Football.  The 29-year-old former NFL quarterback was spotted at the beach tossing around a football on Tuesday with Instagram model Kenzie Werner.

According to TMZ Sports, the two "aren't strangers."  SEE MANZIEL AND WERNER ON THE BEACH HERE

We're told Warner and Manziel aren't strangers -- in fact, they've spent time together in Scottsdale in the past ... and partied it up in Miami over the weekend.

They appeared pretty close on Tuesday ... with Werner straddling Johnny as he held her up with his arms.

Johnny even ditched his shirt to play catch with his new lady ... but don't worry, she made sure he had plenty of sunblock by rubbing it all over his arms.

Now this is some training our boy Johnny Football can do.  Sure his ex might be pregnant with Nick Cannon's 100th kid, but Johnny's tossing a football around with a blonde on the beach.  Who said happy endings were only in fairytales?
