Johnny Manziel may be out having a great time with his hot girlfriend Josie Canseco, but his ex-wife is getting sued by her ex-employees over claims of emotional distress. She apparently harassed them.

The Selling Sunset star allege she committed inappropriate work behavior that violated labor laws, which is probably true because rich people are crazy and don't really follow the laws.

I don't know about you, but I'd allow her to commit inappropriate behavior towards me without the lawsuits, which often times are just money grabs from bitter people who know they'll get a settlement.
