Josephine Skriver Thanks Raider Nation for Helping Her Become the 2020 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year

Supermodel Josephine Skriver was named the 2020 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year.  The title was given to her after she beat out seven other SI Swimsuit Rookies with an online vote.

During her announcement Skriver, who is a big Las Vegas Raiders fan, thanked Raider Nation for helping her land the title of Rookie of the Year.

WE DID IT! I am in tears as I write this! Subskrivers, Raider Nation, my family and friends... you did this! I can’t thank you enough supporting me in my ongoing journey. You are always there for through all of my ups and downs and I consider you guys family. There is no me without you. This Rookie of the Year award is all of yours as much as it’s mine! (Also.. this is dedicated to Josh Jacobs because we all know he got robbed as the NFL ROTY 🤷‍♀️) I have dreamed of this moment since I was a little girl and can’t believe I won after all of the amazing, strong, and beautiful women that came and won before me! Skriver isn't just a Raiders fan when it's convenient.  She shows her support for her team through the tough times as well as the good.  And by supporting them, I mean, she strips down and throws a Raiders hat on.

That's how you show support for your team.  And if I learned anything from this story, it is show your love to your team in your underwear and they will have your back when you need them.
