Livvy Dunne has a lucrative brand deal with a clothing company called VUORI, which one could argue is a huge waste of money, since 1000s of influencers will produce content for the brand for free, but paying a high 6-figure to a college athlete is what the marketing team runs with, in what we can all hope is the final years of influencers being paid these disgustingly high rates for lazy content that I can assume doesn't translate to sales.
In promoting her lucrative brand partner, the "It-Girl" hit steps of an NYC Brownstone, where she called out Gossip Girl, a popular show she is probably too young to even know.
She is definitely having her moment as the most viral and important college athlete around, which is probably why she's in NYC doing deals.
She really isn't all that impressive, in either her content or her sport, but neither are any influencers, but marketing has the ability to make people think someone is important, and she's got a lot of that and really, at least she's a college athlete, most of the other girls with her hype are just nothings.
