Everywhere you turn, there's a clickbait story about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's love affair, that I can only imagine is as boring as Taylor Swift.

The internet is a weird place and they've decided that they care about who Taylor Swift is dating for marketing purposes, and they've turned her songs into memes, and her tour into the biggest selling tour ever and I can only blame Long Covid.

Websites are going on and on about TRAVIFT, or TAYLCE, I don't know if they've branded their relationship with a catchy slogan yet, I just know that the people of ETSY and print-on-demand sites have created endless stupid merch that only people you'd want to avoid at Costco would buy and wear.

I do think that the whole thing is strictly to but two huge things together in a clever way, probably paid for by some sponsors, as some kind of viral stunt that merges the NFL and SWIFT fans. I don't believe any of these people date for the sake of dating, love doesn't exist in their world, it's all business all the time.

That doesn't mean that the losers of the world don't want to fall into some fairytale romance, of two idols and celebrities in this "celebs going extinct era" of pop culture gossip dying.

So now, the NFLers and the Swifties (which are the annoying fans of Taylor Swift) are going head to head, because NFLers don't care for Taylor Swift, and Swifties don't care for NFL.

Apparently, there are online debates about what condiment Taylor had with her chicken tenders on their date, even Heinz Mayo is getting in on that.

There are online debates as to whether Taylor Swift was snuck out of Kelce's room in a popcorn machine.

The gross outfit Kelce wore on his date has sold out, then there's the merch people are making money off of that is selling out.

Then Kelce's ex is calling him a cheater and warning Swift, the whole thing seems like a distraction from the impending societal collapse these debates prove are coming.

Now "Swifties" are saying that Kelce was looking up at Taylor Swift in awe and admiration in a clip and NFL fans are saying that he was watching a replay.

13.5 million people have watched the clip. Lunacy!
