Ohio State defensive tackle Haskell Garrett was taken to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center after being injured in a shooting.  He is reportedly in stable condition.

Columbus police responded to the shooting and followed a trail of blood to a nearby apartment where they found Garrett.

From 10 WBNS:

Officers responded just before 12:30 a.m. to the 400 block of Chittenden Avenue on a reported shooting.

According to police, officers found blood in the street and a shell casing near the blood. The officers followed a blood trail to an apartment on East 11th Avenue where they found Garrett with a gunshot wound.

Good thing the Big 10 canceled the fall season to "protect" players from COVID-19.  Way to go, Garrett is now dodging bullets instead of battling against offensive lineman.
