There are also unexpected moments that capture the internet's collective attention. One of those unexpected moments took place on day 2 of the NFL Draft when the Jaguars were on the clock.

Right before the pick was announced the cameras checked in on the Jaguars fan section and a blonde jumping up and down cheering stole the show. It turns out she's the smoking hot wife of Joe Exotic's lawyer John M. Phillips.
