Bears Announce Andy Dalton as the Starting QB

There will be no quarterback competition entering next season in Chicago between Andy Dalton and Nick Foles.  On Wednesday the Bears announced that the newly signed Dalton was the team's starting quarterback.

This official announcement backs up Dalton's claim that he was told he was the starter prior to signing his deal with the Bears.

Fans had some thoughts on Dalton being named the Bears QB1 and they had some fun at the Bears expense.  What do you expect when you send out an absurd Andy Dalton QB1 tweet like you just signed Aaron Rodgers in his prime?
